After decades of hard work and experimentation, we have succeeded in producing the honey we desired.
Honey of exceptional quality that harmoniously encloses the most beautiful aromas of the Cretan soil.
Following the path of nature, the path of flowers, the path of scents.
The blossom pursuit for us and our bees begins at the village of Melisourgio (the name of which in Greek meaning "apiary", or "bee yard" indicationg the region's long tradition in the production of honey) during the months of March - April for the collection of the pollen of fine Creatan herbs (Chamomile, Rosemary, Lavender, Lemon balm, Cistus creticus, Sage, Satureja thymbra).
Our pursuit continues in April - May athe foothills of the Lefka Ori mountains and the village of Prasses (Satureja thymbra, oregano, Ebenus cretica, pennyroyal) to early summer and finaly arrive at the village of Kali Laki, Crete's most elevated village at an altitude of 1400 meters (Marjoram, Origanum dictamnus, Sideritis, Berberis cretica, Erica verticillata, Thyme).
